Comprehensive Leave: ATS provides a generous time-off program that includes annual paid vacation, paid sick leave, bereavement leave, and paid jury/military duty leave. In addition, all full-time ATS employees are eligible for ten paid holidays during the year.
Insurance Plans: We offer eligible employees and their dependents a variety of healthcare plans to choose from. Our healthcare package includes medical, dental and vision coverage as well as group term life insurance.
Retirement Plan: After meeting certain eligibility requirements, ATS Employees can make pre-tax contributions to our 401(k) plan (subject to Internal Revenue Code limits). Eligible participants receive matching contributions from ATS, based on a percentage of their salary deferral.
